As a reminder, to be able to provide our patients with the best, tailored treatment, Crafted Health works as an out-of-network provider with all health insurance companies. This means that we don’t bill your health insurance directly, instead, we provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit for potential reimbursement. We DO accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Crafted Health operates on a flat rate service model with a transparent fee schedule. Meaning there are no surprise fees, hidden costs, or battling with health insurance companies. This allows us to spend more time focusing on your health!
